Hi,
I am planning creating sequences that should follow each other. The first seq. open the browser and the following seq should use the open browser and actual url.
I am using the Input/Output Element in connection with activity Use Application/Browser.
In the second sequence, where I am using the Input Element, an error is given when try to record a Type into field. Because the activity is not yet configured.
After I have entered the Indput Element in the Activity Use Application Browser, the activity still look like it is waiting to be configured. I am using a UiPath version Studio 2020.10.2
What could be wronge ?
Can you try running and see if you are facing any issue…
Because if use browser is not configured properly you would see an error mark on the activity… as you have configured the input element you are not seeing that error i beleive

@Ivan_Trampedach I could see that you have not indicated the browser on which you are working , as you are using application browser activity , you could have indictated the browser to work upon.
Unfortunately, the visual appearance creates the impression due it is not giving a feedback / display that the input element variable is used.

But in general it should work, so give a try and run / debug / test it

Thanks for your feedback. I have now made a new clean test and added all parameter again.
I have also added the fields into Object repository.
I don’t know where the problem was, but now the two seq. look like this and they are working.
Seq to the left are opening the browser, and the seq to the right are using the same browser.
Problems are often solved when talking to other people
