Image insert in Excel file

We wanted to insert the image from local drive to excel sheet in particular cell

I do not want to do Hotkey, please suggest another option.

can you able to help delete image from excel file.

basically we want to delete existing image and will insert new image in the excel file… that is routine of daily work.
