I need to avoid the auto-update(at latest version) of Studio

I need to avoid auto updating to the latest studio version to keep the environment as stable as possible. But the field that should make me select the “none” option is disabled.

This would be enabled only for enterprise users and not for community

I believe your license is a community license

Just try to activate your Enterprise Trail for every 60 days using your company Mail ID which helps you to avoid the auto-upadate

Hi

It is possible to disable auto-update of UiPath Studio, but only in the Enterprise edition. In the Community edition, auto-update is not available.

To disable auto-update in the Enterprise edition, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the UiPath Orchestrator.
  2. Click on the Tenant tab.
  3. Click on Manage access.
  4. In the Users window, select the user or group that you want to disable auto-update for.
  5. Click on Edit
  6. In the Update policy settings section, select None from the Auto-update policy drop-down list.
  7. Click on Save

If you are using the Community edition of UiPath Studio, you can disable auto-update by following these steps

  1. Open Task Manager.
  2. In the Details tab, find the UiPath Studio Update Service process.
  3. Right-click on the process and select End task.

This will prevent UiPath Studio from automatically updating the next time you start it. However, you will need to repeat these steps every time you start UiPath Studio.
