I have .xlsb excel file with 50k records how to read in less time

I tried doing this way.
Status is getting updated in datatable but writing back to csv is not properly done.
Only few rows getting overwritten and also format is not proper.
Guide me with other options please.

Can you please tell what format is not proper?

And its not ideally possible that only few are updated…unless you have some conditions

Is it possible to show the workflow here please
