Use Case Description

The core aim of this application is to provide a centralized GUI which basically acts as a patient online on-boarding and management system. It provides different functionalities, from listing down all the available hospitals alongside services available at any time frame of the day for a specific location, to smooth on-boarding of the patients and taking care of the patient’s experience with utmost care. Additionally, it also eliminates the manual tasks involved in the on-boarding and discharge procedure of the patients in the hospitals while also making sure that historical data of a patient is available post discharge at their disposal and, on time reminders are being automatically sent about their next follow-ups.
