HTTP Request Form-data --- Help

Hi everyone,
I have to send HTTP request that is of format form-data, can anyone tell me how can i acheive this.

I used these checks

attachment:

Data

but it is not sending data, giving statua as “404”
Same things are working on Postman but not in UiPath.

Please help!!

The solution that worked for me:-
I added the variables like this on Parameter section and it worked
