HTML,DB to uipath connectivity

Hi team,

I need to Design a flow where i need to get information from frontend (Html code is fine) from that uipath sholud take relvant info and then from uipath we need to link it db retrive info and display in frontend application.So can someone help me flow also what activities we need to use.

So what i tried is
1)I have designed a front end using basic HTML
2)Also connected to azure database

But i dont know take information from HTML to UiPath and hit to DB and get the info and display in Application.
