How to transpose row to column in datatable?

Hi, I have an example datatable here. [190704%2015_03_16] I want to change row to column. It looks like here. [190704%2015_03_24] How can I do this?

Kindly copy the values and open the excel and Right click it show the “Transpose” options in paste options so you can paste
