How to use Copy from git

Hi i had a project that is not connected in git but exist in my repository, so want to conected this repository with my local project with all the changes that i did, this is posoble with this section?

Go to Home=> Tools=> Plugins=> Enable GIT.

After that, Go to Team, you can see the Git options will be enabled.

Hi i know how to start the proyect in git my question is i had the same proyect in my repository i want to use the “COPY TO GIT” to upload the new features to my old repository how can i use that?
