How to Upload manually a library bigger than 30 MB on Orchestrator?

I need to upload manually UiPath.Vision.1.8.1.nupkg in Orchestrator but is bigger than 30 MB (42.3 MB). When i click Upload I get the error message below:

How can I upload that library ?

You’ll need to manually increase the size limit.
