How to take input from users in agentic automation

Hello,

we need to create use case in UiPath where we need to ues agentic automation using agent builder including tools like jira to create ticket and need to create escalatio app as well.
we need to first get som einput form user like queries regarding IT help.
my question is how we can get from user if we are creating end to end automation and process it.what are the way?
becuase i have seen so many videos where instrcutors are runing agent and himself providing input in project arguments but we need to get from useras it is real life scenario.

so help me on same, so i can get input and process it.

you need to create an app and then link the app to agent to get the responses

a new preview is being released for conversational agents as well

also agent is one part which can be invoked from maestro,rpa flows,apps etc..so these serve as the start point and agents are leveraged in those flows

ok but if i create the app then orchestraor also be must for each user to use the app which i have created using my login right?
we have so many users and we even dont know who can create queries , so how we can share app to them , if i create the app then can i share link?and only with link without having the orchestror login or information about UiPath /orchestrator /app , can they able to just open link so that app can open and able to provide the input?
sharing the link we can do.

apps can be made public as well so anyone with link can access but you need app units or there is separate charge for it can check the same
