How to select required value from the list through click event ( In web it does not show as list)

I need to exactly click the right LoB given in the list. Above there are two values. I need to exactly click on the right value what is given in the excel sheet as input. And each time the value changes and the order and position also changes

Use Find Children activity and then select the desired/matching children.
