How to select a specific file from folder based on file name and send a mail

Hi everyone, I’m facing issue i don’t know how to select a specific file from folder.
I have a bunch of files in a folder i want to check those files with my given input names if the name is matches with file name i want to pick that file and send a mail. Can anyone help me how to solve this.
