How to record an audio playing in PC in uipath

I am working in a process where i have to record or convert to text of live playing audio in PC

does UiPath have any functionality or activities to achieve this

You’ll need to use an app that records audio, and use UiPath to start and control that app.

So as of now there is no activity available in UiPath to convert live audio to text, Right?
