How to map data in excel from another sheet?

I want to map data from sheet2 to sheet1 and write data in column H-K in sheet as below.
(map by column CAT No.)

Can you please refer attachment?
you need to extract time from datatime col and write it in Time col.
this is not perfect and u will need to modify based on requirement.
