How to made robot work on the VM?

Hello guys, i want to ask ( probably a big question )

ok, for quick start. iam a student who do internship on my office ( financial ), i work in data center departement and set in hardware specialist. so my jobs is taking care Virtual machine, making an update, do a troubleshoot of VM etc.

currently i create an single process using unattended mode on uipath studio , and its works well using my laptop as an media.

ok so the questions is, is it possible to run the process through the cloud ?
i mean is completely online 24/7 by the server.
( in this case, i create an process to gather information and deliver it every single day *boss request )

can you guys tell me the best start learning to do that ?

*fyi my workplace using all product from Vmware, like vcenter, esxi

Hey @Nur_Alif_Irawan

If you have a windows server machine, you can make a robot run on it whenever required either on a schedule basis or on-demand controlling and managing it from the UiPath Orchestrator control room web portal.

hi do i need install certain applications inside the windows server ?

because in my process, i need an ms excel to convert the CSV file to excel one

Of course yes. Robot is a virtual employee like you. If you are doing the work whatever is required the same setup is required for the bot as well.
