How to kill Chrome pop up window

Dear Expert

I don’t know why Chrome in my virtual machine suddenly pop up this window every time I open Chrome

I don’t want to add Element Exist to kill this one in all my process

Do you have any idea how to set sth inside Chrome to ban pop-up-window like this?

PS: The Chinese in this window means Chrome take sth from natural/artist theme to personalize your browser – Noted/DIY Chrome

In Your chrome
Go to chrome://settings/content and select the activity and Enable block pop ups
