How to implement send and get all folders in Outlook

Hello everyone,

I have two situations that need to implement send and get all folders immediately in Outlook.

1.Before using Outlook Mail Messages activity, in order to get all new mails, I need to send and get all folders from mail server.
2.Because of Outlook’s security setting, when a mail is sent, just move to send folder but not to send out immediately, I need to send and get all folders to send mail through mail server.

I wonder if have any activity or other method can be used to implement that,
