How to get sum of a column in a pivot table?

Hi,
I have a pivot table like below

I want to get the sum of values below 191 and below 391 excluding TKTT.
For example my result should be 60.773.400,41 for 191 and -31.317.298,98 for 391.I want those 2 values separately.
