How to get last Monday of current month

This can be modified to get the last monday of last month. You will only need to add one month instead of subtracting one with this XAML file for your second case.

Last monday of last month & Second Sunday of next month

Hi All, Is there anyway I can calculate the Last monday of last month & Second Sunday of next month? Today is 2019/09/09 so last Monday of last month should be 2019/08/26, and second Sunday of next month should be 2019/10/13 Thanks & Regards,
