How to find the schedule id of the orchestrator schedule?

Can I find it out from It’s webportal ?
Or Can I find it from It’s database ?

The Schedule Id can be found in the Orchestrator database in the ProcessSchedules table.

I did watch this guide, however I don’t see there is any guide showing the way to find the schedule id from the web portal
