How to find latest uploaded file in storage bucket

Anyone have idea how to find the latest uploaded file/filename in storage bucket to download the file dynamically

As soon uploading the file from uipath apps to storage bucket, UiPath automatically appending some uniquid with file name ? is this an issue? why it is assining unique id to file name?

actual file name is - mage (1)
But in storage bucket the file name is updating like follows - image (1)_08f2c56b62d64e5d9ccbaa8d6105fc69.png
