You can use Get Outlook Mail message activity

Uncheck the Unread mail and store the output in variable, Pass that variable as an input for Extract Table from mail activity

I have done a sample workflow with Get Outlook Mail message activity , also I have added Get IMAP Mail Messages activity. Can you please go through it change according to your requirement.
