How to create conditional drop down list in forms?

Hi Team,

I want to create drop down list in form

Parent values are - Single and Multiple

If any one of get select then that related values should apprear .

I have tried but values are not getting reflect in forms passed via argument.

Studio version is 23.10.7

Form activitie version is 2.0.8

Please provide your suggestions.

if on latest version then use form triggers
