How to copy a sheet (from google sheets) into gmail body

I need help to copy the contents of a sheet (from google sheets) inside a Gmail body.

I installed the GSuite package and I made the necessary settings to make changes in the sheet. I don’t know how I can send the content of the sheet inside an email … with image and colors. Could you help me, please?
