Follow these steps.

Download the package from marketplace.

Go to Studio and take the Local package feed source path.
Manage Packages → Settings

Open the Source path and copy paste the downloaded Nuget Package.

Once done, now navigate to Studio again. Click on Manage Packages → Local → Search for package ReadEmailToPdf package. Install it.

Once installed, Open your workflow and search Read saved email to PDF in activity panel.

Configure the activity and you are good.
