How to configure the bot to get files by itself?

Good morning i am an intern and new to this group…i would appreciate your help i want the bot to get the files to be processed from the SFTP i created two folders which are (TobeProcessed and Processed)so everytime before i run the bot i move excel file from ToBeProccessed and paste it under the 2 folders then after running the bot i move the file to Processed.My aim is for the bot to get these files on its own.
