How to color cell using workbook

Hi Friends,
I am trying to cell color without using excel application scope.
Here we can not use “Set Range Color activity” because it should be only inside the excel application scope.
But on my system excel is not installed so i can not use that activity However how to color cell using workbook activity.
Please help me over this.
