How to add the rows based on the Specified column extracted value?

I have to add the row on output based on the column name “Total” Value extraction from the First row.

e.g ,The first row have 2 value from the column name “Total”. So need to create 2 rows &update extracted value in the specified header output.

The Third row have 1 value from the column name “Total” . So need to create 1 rows & update extracted value in the specified header output.

Can someone guide me please. how to do this?
