How to access host tenant when AD is forced enable?

Issue Description: After configure the AD from host tenant and place the option of "Force automatic login using this provider" as enable , it is not possible to select the tenant. Hence the host tenant is unreachable.

Resolution:

  1. Access Orchestrator URL+identity/configuration or Orchestrator+identity/account/hostlogin
  2. Go to Users -> Authentication Settings

  1. Go to Active Directory Configure and disable "Force automatic login using this provider"

  1. Access the Orchestrator URL from a new Incognito page and retest to get access to host tenant.

Is this saying that the only way to get to the host tenant when " Force automatic login using this provider" is enabled is to disable " Force automatic login using this provider"?

Hi,

No, in this case the Host Tenant can be accessed through https://YourOrchestratorURL/identity/configuration in Private Browser session.
