How to access the host tenant when AD is force-enabled?

Issue Description:
After configuring the AD from the host tenant and enabling the option of "Force automatic login using this provider", it is not possible to select the tenant. Hence the host tenant is unreachable.

Resolution:

  1. Access "Orchestrator URL+identity/configuration" or "Orchestrator+identity/account/hostlogin".
  2. Go to - Users -> Authentication Settings.

  1. Go to Active Directory Configure and disable "Force automatic login using this provider".

  1. Access the Orchestrator URL from a new private/incognito page and retest to get access to the host tenant.

Is this saying that the only way to get to the host tenant when " Force automatic login using this provider" is enabled is to disable " Force automatic login using this provider"?

Hi,

No, in this case the Host Tenant can be accessed through https://YourOrchestratorURL/identity/configuration in Private Browser session.
