first of all fill the properities of smtp like server name and port ,then give ur login details along with password ,then attach files through attachment

Hi @Sandhya_Gajare In the SMTP activity box or on the Send Outlook mail message activity click on the attach file button and then create an in argument and pass your file path in the value.
This will help you to attach your input files in the mail.

If you want to pass your Folder path in the mail then you can pass directly inside the body of the mail…

  2. Attach files from a folder in mail

I have to send folder that so that contain other file so can i past my folder path in body or i have to use attach file button please confirm once stuck here only

Hi @Sandhya_Gajare please fallow these steps if you are login in outlook already

use send mail message(for outlook).
put subject,To and In body section put email body which you want to send.
