How do i initiate Automation with the click of a next/ button/

Hey everyone,

I ran into a snag with my application on UiPath I want a user to fill in a form where data is extracted and on the click o the next button the automation should start, woul really pprechiate the help

So the application ia build with UiPath apps studio , here are some snippets if it helps

The aim is to take the info to automate coompany letter designs to rewrite the asked about areas in the word doc and have the process continue by sending the doc through to the applicant using outlook
