How do i download the ui path word activities pack?

I have seen a lot written about the ui path word pack but cant seem to find a download link or how to get it ?

Go to design tab in studio and click on manage packages
—there in official tab search as Uipath.Word ans install them

is there away I can insert headers and footers without having to use a record or hot keys?
