Hi @Chandni,

If you want to extract exact fields, you can use get text activity and store values in variables or if you want to extract the entire section / webpage you can try with scrapping. Once you have data, you can manipulate it as per your requirements.

Now, create three sample templates for each language and put place holders (only if you want to make minimal changes in the document) > Replace placeholders with variables using Replace activity of Word.
