How can I change my online exam to test centre?

I want to change my schedule online exam to test centre.
Contact Pearson vue support , they say cancel current exam and schedule it again .

I scheduled using voucher. If cancel my online exam how to use the voucher code to schedule exam in test centre.

Cancelling the exam and rescheduling is the only option here. Once cancelled, withing few days your voucher will be restored means you can again use the same voucher for scheduling the exam. There is no issue.

Hi Ashok,

I have scheduled the exam using voucher code. I want to reschedule the exam from test center to Online. If I cancel the same exam and use the same voucher code (which is not valid now) to schedule it again… will it work?

You should be able to use the code but it requires some time to get it reset. Also get it confirmed from Pearson VUE support team.
