Can I clicked and open element by hot key. How??

First you need to watch some videos and spend time to read about documentation of UiPath.
Then you can use the studio and repeat the very very basic things like send hotkey, open folder, excel and so on…
I think you are asking question without even try to learn something.
No reading… no watching at least tutorials…

Also I don’t understand how you want to click something and send hotkey?
You mean click icon and send hotkey Enter to open the folder/launch the application?
