Hi, I am unable to open Studio in my client after the download

I was using some older version of UiPath and i uninstalled and installed new one from than i am unable to open the UiPath Studio in my desktop.

The the above is my account status which even shows Robots zero that might be the reason but could not assign or create new robot.

please help me.

Hi @Patil_Nivedita ,

Could you let us know what happens when you try to open the Studio ? Does it give out an error ?

On click on sign in button it just waits for some time and again button gets enabled

Could you specify the UiPath Studio Version installed ?

Was your UiPath Studio installed in user mode or service mode?
