Google vision error

I am trying to match one stamp from one image,I provided one stamp image to find in the UI.
But my google vision showing some error.

And if there is other way to match stamps from any image then plz assist.

I am trying to scan this stamp from that image and passing if it is found and fails it is doesn’t find that stamp on slip,
How can I do that ?
