Google Sheets Read Range does not work with URL

I cannot access Google Spreadsheet via URL. Am I using the wrong URL?

As per screenshot looks like sheetname is empty try to remove and re add

as if you see in locals panel sheetname looks null

Also make sure you open advanced editor and place values jsut to ensure it is correct
