Im getting the ‘No Transaction data’ error while executing get transaction activity
Are you connected to same folder where the queue is created. If not connect it to IT folder workspace and run your flow.

Created the queue in the IT folder and connected the same IT folder
That’s not an error. It means there are no new items in the queue.
@Parvathy @Shravan_Pintu They don’t have to be connected to that folder since they designated the folder in the Get Transaction activity. If it were an issue of them being in the wrong folder, they’d get an error that the queue was not found.
Is there new items in queue?
If yes then xan you do a stepinto and check if it is getting any transaction item after get…if yes then we can check argument directions etc

It’s information message. This logs that there is no queue item in New state in the Queue.
