while opening 18.4 enterprise version (already developed/working code) in latest version of community getting an error as “Found invalid data while decoding.”

Opening downgraded version flow in upgraded version will always throw this kind of errors

Try to move the .json file and settings files to another folder and open the xaml file again.

where is settigs file in the project folder

.settings folder is available just move that and take a look, if it is working

else you can create a new project and try to copy the entire flow to that. Still it will give some errors might be
