Get Outlook Filter error

Hey, I want to filter outlook mails by the subject, and gave this condition in the get outlook Mail Messages filter:
“[Subject] = ‘the subject of the email’”. And when I run the file, I get “The condition is invalid” . What did i do wrong?

Are you using the latest version of mail activities? If not can you change and see

Also can you share what properties you are using with get your outlook mail mes…activity
