Asking for a better way of Dividing Datable and Looping in them

First of all, I am sorry for I am new at Uipath and is doing the everything in a long way. Currently, I have a filtered Datatable that contains a column(Currency) which contains either “Foreign” or “Local”. I need to filtered this filtered Datatable again by “Foreign” and “Local” rows(Two DTs now) then do a for each for both of them. Excluding this step, I already did two for each loops, and I think that doing it will mess up my workflow more. Is there a better way of dividing/filtering a Datat…

Asking for a better way of Dividing Datable and Looping in them

I hope now i understood your issue. Yes you can just go with only one foreach please… Don’t even split the DT (which you did with linq previously) From the master DT, iterate through ForeachRow Inside that add an if block to find foriegn or other currency, based on that you can add respective currency activities in true & others in else block. This way will have one foreach with actual business logic for both currency types inside based on a condition. Thanks #nK

@Gokul001 Try below steps. First use Read Range activity to read the entire file and it will give output as DataTable. Let’s say ‘InputDT’. And then use multiple Delete Range activities to delete the data and pass Range as below. "A2:A"+(InputDT.Rows.Count+1).ToString "C2:E"+(InputDT.Rows.Count+1).ToString "G2:Z"+(InputDT.Rows.Count+1).ToString Note: Replace Z with end column.

DataTime 1 month

Datetimes don’t have a format. You format them when you output them. If you have Parsed “26 of January of 2021” into a datetime, and have a second datetime to compare to, then you can use DateDiff to get the number of days, weeks, months etc between the two datetimes.

You can do it by adding a text field which has the error message, mark it as hidden by default and showcase that error message whenever the text of these two components are not matched. you can do this comparison with the help of Advanced condition option using JavaScript. Got it. I think a better plan would be to use the filter data table activity into a temporary datatable, and iterate through that. See the attached .xaml for guidance. It’s filtering the table 3 times, one for each letter. Then you can use the switch for any activities unique to the particular letter Sand.xaml (8.6 KB)

How does UiPath get the XML file of the program?

They aren’t .exe files. They’re applications running. Everything is an object, a UI element. Every open window, every button, every menu, every menu item, every web page title, link, button, every every little thing is an object to Windows. UiPath is just getting the properties of those objects from Windows. Windows also provides ways to interact with the ui elements either by controlling mouse/kb or “under the hood.” A selector is a path to an object, stated in XML format.
