Forms Not Navigating Downwards

Hi all I have a questions about forms.

Why is it that sometimes RPA robot will not be able to scroll down while filling up information in forms?

For instance when the form fields above are filled in, it is unable to scroll down/access the Gender portion:

To access the gender field, I am using click text. To the best of my knowledge, that is the only way to access a multiple choice field in forms.

What is causing this issue?

Hi,

For instance, I am filling up the form according to information in a datatable:

The first 3 type into activities will work just fine, however, the robot seems to stop from there. It does not go to the click text activity. Unless I scrolled down manually with my mouse.

Instead of doing like this, @SRoyi

Take an If condition to check the Gender,

- Condition -> row.Item("Gender").toString.equals("Male")

→ In then block take a click activity and indicate on Male.
→ In else block take a click activity and indicate on Female.
