Form extractor not working properly- Document understanding

I am using form-extractor to extract various fields (Name, address, etc) from the W-9 document (Following one of the youtube tutorials)

But I’m not getting the correct outputs (I have also tried an ML extractor)

What other extractor you would recommend extracting the handwritten data from a form?

For handwritten documents you have to use ai center with nlp models. But that alao might not be accurate but definitely better than form extractors

Not sure if you have tried intelligent form extractor or read pdf with ocr

How to use nlp models ? Is there any specific out of the box model ?
