Finding a range

Does anyone know if it is possible to find a range when the start of the range and the end of the range will always vary. I am trying to find a range of a specific set of data that is indicated by an expense number. This number is located in column A. I want the range to start when this expense number starts on the worksheet. I want the range to end once it finds a blank row.

I pasted an example, the range I am looking for would start at the row where 38D appears and ends where 38D ends.

I hope this makes sense, and thanks in advance for looking and any possible assistance.
