Find Free Calendar Slot & Schedule Meeting Invite

I’m looking to develop a process which accesses an Outlook Calendar to get a free slot and then schedule a meeting invite between them (let’s say an engineer & a manager).

Requirement is to finding a free slot between an engineer and a manager. Send them a calendar meeting invite.

I can’t use the Office 365 - Classic activities.
Is there any other alternatives?

Isn’t this activity available in Modern O365 activity–> Calendar?
