Filtering Excel Column

Hello I need to be able to deselect a either a “-1” or a “0” if they appear in the excel column. What is the best way to approach this. I have tried the Filter Table activity but this seems to only filter by selecting certain options, not deselecting them.

The Filter Table activity gives you the option to either keep the returned results or remove them

Thank you. Instead of filtering by selecting the “Val1, Val2,” How do I tell it to Deselect an option? The example you showed me Selects an item from the list.
