Filter data (Excel)

Without the New Condition added, we have the Output from the Previous Workflow that was provided. But the Output is not as the Expected one.

Can you Check if the below Output is the Correct one without the new Addition Filter ?

@supermanPunch If follow old requirement , output is correct.

But if in new requirement , it wrong.

@fairymemay , Do we have to add the New Condition after we apply the Old Condition ?

Or Remove the Old Condition and apply the New Condition ?

Step as below.

  1. filter new & old condition
  2. Create 2 file (Output T&C , Output Voucher) follow condition above.

@fairymemay After Applying the New filter after the Old Filter, we do not get any rows as Output, since there is no row in Dec Sheet with Column Status = Null and Column Type = Cash

Even with these new Input files, the Output is only one row for Dec Sheet (Only Old Filter).

We do not get 2 rows, we get one row. And if we Apply the new Condition to this filtered row, we do not get the Expected output.

Because approve date now = 25641231.

In requirement want Issue date < approve Date.
I change your code as below.

(Change > to < )

The Below is the Input Excel for Dec Sheet.

I cannot find the rows that satisfies the Condition : Column Status = Null and Column Type = Cash

The Expected Output doesn’t match the Output I am receiving after the First Filter (Old Requirement)

Column Status = Null —> In column C = Null (blank)
Column Status = Complete —> In column L = Complete

It would be difficult for us to suggest or derive a Workflow/Solution if the requirement keeps adding up or gets changed.

Request you to provide us the final intended Inputs/Outputs.

If there are additional changes, we would have to alter the solution as well.
