Extracting table containing files from Outlook email rich text body

Hi all,

I am trying to read the table containing files from a rich text Outlook email. I only manage to get the text but not the files or files’ name.

It is crucial to know each of the files belongs to which row. I have tried doing research on this for few hours but so far no useful finding. Thanks for your help.
